Withdrawal

I'm not happy at all, I never had these issues with betway. I tried to save my banking details yesterday so I can do a withdrawal and the system won't save. I called several times yesterday and was told to send a copy of my ID and bank statement, when I called to follow up another lady told me I need to email Fica documents as well why was I not told this the first time I called . I did and I still have not received any response. I wish I had read the reviews before opening an account with you guys.
