Withdrawal difficulties

I am experiencing withdrawal difficulties of my funds in my Hollywoodbets account account between Absa and Hollywoodbets. Yesterday I won on one of the games and I tried to withdraw twice the withdrawal got rejected I sent a query for them to assist in this regard but I was told to wait 24hrs. Then today I enquire again to find out what's happening and if my winnings have been returned to my account but another agent tells me to wait another 24hrs.
