WITHDRAWAL DENIED
The service of hollywood is *******. i deposited R100 and and when i won they don't want to give my winings. They start telling your about escalating the matter next thing they talk abount 55% turnover betting. They want me to play with 55% of my winnings first. What a ****. Will be promising you 24 hours hotline payment but nothing after 72 hours. It has been three week trying to get my money. beyond poor customer service.

12 Jun 2023, 08:27I have been trying to withdraw my money without success. Always comes up with stories "we have escaleted your quiry" "we have requested hotline payment" and two weeks gone without any progress. I will not stop rating until i get my money. Don't even deserve 1 star
