Withdrawal Delay

I made a withdrawal on the 26th of January till today I haven't received the 10 digits pin

I called I was told to wait 24 hours everyday but I didn't receive anything The live chat bot seems to be on vacation I've sent more than 30 emails they tell me to wait 24 hours but it's been over a week now

I only recieved the 6 digits pins different pins but no 10 digits withdrawal voucher, No one seems to be willing to assist me, now I'm tired I tried everything I could do, I only have like 5 different Absa cashsend 6 digit pins no 10 digits withdrawal voucher
