Withdrawal delay

I requested a withdrawal on monday the 22nd of May, i still haven't received my winnings i keep calling but not getting any help they just tell me they have escalated my case to withdrawal department but still no feed back nothing on the follow up. Ive spent almost R200 airtime still nothing, the consultants are rude and impatience with costumers they just hang up when you tell them your Frustrations. The hollywood team needs to be changed or you will find yourself loosing Costomers, i don't know weather hollywood can see that they are many betting sites now that we can change to and forget about Hollywood.
