Withdrawal declined and blamed on my bank

I'm a VIP customer and my withdrawal had not been processed., it states customer bank offline but strangely my other withdrawal went through and both are for the same amount of R3000. Further to that it still not in my bank account or my betting account and the sms I received advised my withdrawal is declined to please contact hollywoodbets and is from hollywood bets but the email address withdrawals@ hollywoodbets.net which is not even in service. Very bad service from them am not impressed and skeptical to deposit
