Withdrawal declined after deposit (50% required to be used)

I am very unhappy, I have made a deposit on Hollywood accidentally and now I need to withdraw the money because I do not want to use it but Hollywoodbets team is insisting that I must use 50% first because I can make any withdrawal of the money I’ve deposited. I do not think it’s right because I didn’t see any caution when making a deposit that I won’t be able to withdraw it not after I use 50% I am very upset because i didn’t win this money I simply made a deposit and now I would like to withdraw it. I think I have a right to change my mind not to play
