Withdrawal declined

I requested a withdrawal, it was declined because they wanted my selfie holding my ID. I did sent them and they sent me an email saying that my selfie was saved and my next withdrawal will be processed.

I did a withdrawal request again, and it was declined citing the same reason which they have said it was saved. So now I am out of options. I guess they don't want us to withdraw our winnings but rather deposit money.
