Withdrawal decline-Turnover not met

I have been trying to withdraw from Friday but then it gives an error saying that " Declined- Turnover rules not met" meanwhile i exceeded the turnover rules. i deposited R2 000 and i turned over the amount but it keeps on declining. i cannot keep playing and i cannot get money out. i am not happy with this kindly fix it immediately.
