Withdrawal

I'm still waiting for my eft withdrawal, They are always having backlog problems for the pass 6 months. The call centre agency are absolutely useless. All they say is that your eft is be processed and you receive your money in a hour time

I was told at 12pm that my withdrawal will be done in the next one hour it is been over seven hours now and my account has not been credited .They dont even reply to my emails .How do they except people to carry on making deposit ,nowing that if they win they might noy get their wiinings

Hi why so long it takes for an eft withdrawal? I did an eft again today 02-09-2021 AT 6.26 am for R15,000-00 and still waiting
