Withdrawal Complaints

With drawal complaint- I've been trying to with draw my winnings from Sunday afternoon and from today still did not recieve my winnings. They keep blaming Standard bank is off-line when i call. Yesterday I call Hollywoodbets and they said they would escarate my withdrawal problem but her manager wasnt in to escalate the matter. And not like it a lot of money only a mere R500 with instant money. Yesterday they told me i need to wait 24 to 48 hours, I am so upset these people are acting like they have no money or are they trying to make interest off our money that we won. PLEASE HOLLYWOODBETS PAY BACK MY MONEY.
