Withdrawal

I requested withdrawal from my account on sunday, its Thursday I'm still waiting for my absa cash send voucher. I'm tired of calling Hollywood, I called then every day at least 4 times a day since monday. Every consultant I speak to is saying they will send request to payments but even now I still dont have my money. Sad thing is that i made request before and longest it took was 12 hrs what is wrong with this one. No 1 seem to have an answer. M disappointed. Their watsapp line is not responding at all.

Good day

You responded at 8.35 and no one has called me yet. I called 7 times already today being promised your voucher will be smsed to you, still nothing . I was on call just now with your withdrawal I got same response , voucher will be sent a d my pin is 123456. Like come on guys , why I cant get my money , can someone call me as you promised please
