Withdrawal

After every 6days I get a call which ends with " I ESCALATED YOUR QUERY TO THE RELEVANT DEPARTMENT" Not knowing they are still having interview of people to be placed on that department before they can address my problem. The last time I called them all in all in counting the amount used on data to send emails and calls to them is now more than the amount I wanted to withdraw which allegedly is withdrawn by someone by WHO I don't know. These ****s of a company. They don't even have a point of regret. Shameless
