Withdrawal

I withdrew R150 last Friday 25/102024 and only got the 10 number reference and not the pin to get my money from absa, I then called support and they said it would take 24 to 48 hours, I've been waiting for my money or reversal into my account but nothing, I called daily but no assistance till today the 01/11/2024
