Withdrawal

I have been calling and emailing since the start of the week and all the consultants have told me my request was sent to the payments department, but my matter has not been resolved.

I made an eft withdrawal on August 26 and I still haven't received funds con someone please assist me.

Calling you call centre didn't help because you hold until you airtime is finished and the livechat also has a long waiting time and give generic responses. Went to an outlet and this also did not help.
