Withdrawal

I'm so disappointed with hollywoodbets & their lack of customer service as well as how they're go against their own terms and conditions...I made a withdrawal on the 07/05/2022 of a R100 . that date just so happen to fall on Saturday so I waited for Monday to receive my voucher code and pin since it was an instant cash withdrawal. Till today I'm yet to see the sms. I made several attempts and today after my 3rd call I was told I would receive the sms within an hour and that was before 12 midday today . Still waiting. Then when I finally got through to their live chat I was told to wait for at least 5 more hours .. please assist
