WITHDRAWAL

Im highly dissappointed in the customer help service... I made a 2 withdrawals on the 29th August 2021 The first one was R2100 and the second R250. The R250 was paid into my account on the 30th August 2021 at around 8 in the morning...Today i received an sms saying my R2100 withdrawal was declined because additional documents are needed but im confused why didnt they process the first withdrawal which was R2100 . Now im not getting answers im using my airtime to call but not getting any assistance im starting think something is wrong as ive been making withdrawals without any problems...Im really dissappointed
