Withdrawal

I made a withdrawal on the 5th of March through Absa cash send and till today i havent received an sms with the withdrawal details.I have called the Hollywoodbets people to help either reverse the withdrawal or fix the issue .So i really dont whats going on .They dont seem to give me the straight answer of how and when the problem will be fixed
