Withdrawal

No mater how small the winnings are we are still entitled to our money, I made a withdrawal on the 7th of December and have never received it till date, I have made endless follow ups and nobody has ever bothered to call back and provide me with feedback. What irritates me the most is that one ever follow ups with the customer to provide them with feedback. The service is absolutely horrible
