Withdrawal

I am so disappointed and frustrated at the moment... I really regret diverting to hollywood. I made a withdrawal on the 28th Sept 2024 , Nedbank sendimali and for unknown reason it was reversed by bank as it has expired. They keep on resending same voucher. Now when I called I am told to expect my money to my hollywood account in 30 days. I cant wait for so long That is not fair and making business sense.
