Withdrawal

The most pathetic service I have ever experienced. I have been sending my selfies to *** so that I can withdraw my instant money and no one is assisting. I have been sending emails since 08 August 2020 with no response, I called in and I was advised to email my details to *** and guess what? nothing happed! I went on twitter and they asked me to send my details there and they would resolve it and till today nothing! It has been 11 days now and they don't want to give me my money!
