Withdrawal

I withdrew R1000 and the money didn't go through instead. The system says "Turnover rules not met, the money was not credited back into my hollywoodbets account. I have been trying to get my money via hollywoodbets chat and was chatting to Sibusiso Phiri who was very dismissive and joined by Pearl Ngobese who promised to escalate the matter. Now I'm still waiting.....it's only R1000 not R***0.......how pathetic and inconvenient.....hollywoodbets take your customers queries serious.....I know my 2c means nothing to you but to me it does, at the end of the day it's my money....
