Withdrawal

You guys are very inconvenient, I withdrew from my account on 31st of Oct , it was 3 different amounts I received two immediately and 1 never came through. I have been calling 📞 since 1st about this and everytime I've been told is escalated, they went as far as requesting my bank statement to confirm that the money never came in, they confirmed that I never got the money however I'm still waiting . Everytime u call you have to explain same thing , come guys 12days for lousy 2K, please fix this and give me my money. ACC 311135,
