Withdrawal

I am sick and tired of the excuses and bull**** service received from this company. They are able to take a deposit immediately but I've been waiting for a withdrawal from the 29th December 2022. Being sent from pillar to post my query has been escalated numerous times to probably every inexperienced manger that they have yet still no help whatsoever. Promised to be called back but it never happens. I waited in a que for over 20 minutes for a representative to answer and hung up on me. This is by far the worst service I ever received....if anyone from this company actually man's these complaints then u can call me back...your reference number ***3
