Withdrawal

On the 14th I have made a withdrawal using the Nedbank cardless withdrawal option and I have only received a pin without a voucher number. I have used more than R200 airtime calling hollywoodbets and Nedbank, I have called hollywoodbets and I would get different stories and when I call Nedbank they will advise me that there is no voucher,.when calling hollywoodbets they will advise me to call Nedbank or they will tell me they still awaiting Nedbanks feedback as the was an system issues.
