Withdraw frustration

Good afternoon, i don’t understand you guys are normally very wuick with withdraws but all of the sudden i need to wait for more than 3 days for a withdraw of R10 000, even world sports betting is faster this is ridiculous, keep on telling me high withdraw nonsense but after the 10 000 request i have wothdraw 1500 and it was paid within in 10min can this be sorted asap
