I have been trying to withdraw funds from my account and im being asked for fica documents which i did send through email since your online option is not uploading any documents. I get a confirmation from you through text that my fica documents have been received and are validated yet if i try to withdraw am still told to send the fica documents which i have send over a hundred times and you have validated them. The frustrating part is you dont respond to any of my emails or whatsapp yrt. Your services is very poor guys . Smell the coffee there is a lot of online betting sites with gud service if you dont improve people will leave your reputation is now bad people are complaining out here you need to do something quick
