Winnings not paid ,Quiries not being attended to

On the 26 july, a live match I bet on was cancelled, ticket number (HWooD***) , I was surprised my ticket was marked loss, I sent the screen shot and complaints about all this Ref….#395182 , today is the 5th of august no response even today.
