Winnings not paid out at Hollywoodbets

Firstly, I cannot describe what a horrible experience I had trying to engage with the agents at Hollywoodbets. I had to make numerous phone calls and each time I had to explain what the issue was, even upon receiving a reference number. I was playing one of their slot's games and even although the game showed that I won +R2000.00 in the free spins, I am out here trying to justify that this money was not uploaded on my balance amount. I have emailed the the hollywood team and received no feedback. I am 100% convinced that they will just ignore my email and hope the matter goes away, however I made peace with the matter and will simply close my account going forward. Honestly speaking, if I could give negative stars then that's what I would do. It's really just a matter of time before customers start leaving and finding an alternative replacement. @Hollywoodbets, please don't even bother responding on this review saying you will get back to me within 24 hours cause we all know you won't.
