Winnings not paid

I have been been cheated off my winnings and completely ignored. On several occasions I have not been credited my winnings. First they told me there are no pending balances and then completely ignored my query after that. I have so many winnings that were not credited, as this is now a regular thing. No one has bothered to sort this out. I have chatted to evolution live support and they said they can see that indeed my winnings were not credited. They said they had closed my queries on their side and referred them to Hollywoodbets to contact and refund me. I'm still waiting. This is so frustrating. The other betting companies are paying out all winnings, why is it any different with Hollywoodbets?
