Winnings not paid

On the night of 14th of June i played DreamCatcher game and won R45 000. I then made an Eft withdrawal into my Fnb account. On the 15th in the afrenoon i called to check if my withdrawal has been processed. I was told to send my bank statement because the money showed it was paid out from their. I then send the Bank statement to the email address given. Till today i have not received any money. The agents on their helpline, live chat conversation and facebook inbox always gives stories. And they give different stories. I just want them to deposit my money and leave them with peace.
