Winnings not credited and withdrawals declined unjustly.

Pathetic service. My winnings were not credited on Friday, and i logged a service request which still have not been attended to. And whats worse is they are ignoring all my emails. No one is bothering to attend to me. This is npt the first time this is happening, and they only attend to the query once you go on hellopeter. I also spoke to a lady by the name of Pumeza Maqhubela who is superviser in withdrawals. She was supposed to get her manager Kaveshan Pillay to call me. But they have both decided to ignore my emails and neither of them has contacted me. They kept on declining my withdrawal unjustly. When i called in only to find out that my withdrawals were not sopposed to be declined.
