I played the UK Teatime bets on the 6th of December 2022 and I won a price of R900.00 but the money didn't reflect on my Hollywood account, I went to the Hollywood branches in Johannesburg & Kempton park, & I even called Hollywood to no assistance, to some instances the workers were rude towards me been calling. I would like to know why my case has not been taken serious and when will I receive my payout.

To date I still have not received any feedback since the response of escalation on the 24th of January 2023. Why is Hollywood taking so long to clear this matter, I have been patient since the 6th of December 2022 to date. I am frustrated.
