Winning Tickets Not Updating But Losing Tickets Update Instantly

Hi.

You guys were doing great until recently.

Without prior notice, I can no longer see a breakdown of my bet online. I play a ticket on Saturday 12 October 2019 in the morning and it's still pending. I have checked and all my teams have won.

I can't see a breakdown of the ticket anymore do I cannot check which results have not updated and delays. Yet the losing tickets have all updated.

This is not the first time and I cannot waste my airtime on you call centre telling people to check the results.

I use to value your communication to customer but lately you are not doing your best. Is there a system change? Should I stop playing online because I will not see the breakdown of my ticket anymore?
