Winning ticket disappearance

I already feel defeated writing this because I never thought it possible, I'd would actually believe that im losing my mind had I not read a similar complaint about Hollywoodbets. It is absolutely ******** that you make winning tickets disappear! Yesterday I played the same powerball numbers mix matching them to make sure I win no matter what form they come out. I played multiple tickets and set the same amount to automatically apply to all tickets but this morning I only see 1 losing ticket and the rest are gone!
