Winning not paid

I have added a bank account on my hollywoodbets account. I did a withdrawal to check how fast the payment will be. But money was never paid to my account. I tried raising it via twitter a consultant by the name of Ntombi responded ans said transaction was successful on their side. She requested I send my statement to check if money was not paid I did provide proof but since then nothing

So hollywoodbets when u need you payment takes long to solve issues related to payments.
