Winning game not paid

I placed a soccer bet on my Hollywoodbets app on the 9/04/2026.

The bet was a seven games bet with ticket number ***. The bet was a winning bet on all games but the final game was not awarded as a winning bet as per Hollywoodbets. They said the game was abandoned.

I check the score of the game and it was a 4 - 2 win for the team I said will win. I queried this with Hollywoodbets and they said the game was abandoned which meant I was paid R2700 less than what I was supposed to be getting.

I questioned that decision because I watched that game it was concluded after full time and was played on scheduled time.

I went on the live chat and spoke to 3 agents without any success because none of them acknowledged that the final game was a winning bet. I spoke to Samukelo N, Lindiwe N and Siyanda Buthelezi with no luck. I was given a ticket numer ***3 but it is still not resolved.
