winning bet that was cancelled without explanatio

i placed a bet on hollysixa. 20-02 -2016. my ticket was a winning ticket i then called the call center the following day about my ticket.they said they will call me back but after and hour my ticket was cancelled without any explanation i was refunded my betting money which was r250. i failed to understand why my ticket had to be cancelled if i had lost my money woyld bave been gone.ticket number is ***. account 141129.i feel what employees of hollywood did is ********** .i neef action yo be taken we are playing with money here not stones.<br>
