Winning bet not being paid out
I was playing their Aviator game this morning and money went off my account as per bet but winnings never reflect back into account.
I logged the issue with them this morning on the chat service, they told me the bets were paid out, total amount of bets +-R1200 surely i would know if this was paid or not. I gave the lady the ticket numbers which was showing "winning" and that is the reason she say its been paid out. I asked for a detailed statement on my account and she disconnected our chat.
After this happend I've mailed the helpdesk and till now no response!!!
Their service is pathetic!!!

The customer Service management team rep**** with my statement from "incident". I rep**** with some of my evidence for my argument, including some of my transactions that were missing from their statement. Today is 4 days since I rep**** to them with no answer.
I must say R600 were refunded BUT what about the rest?? What about transactions being missing, what about money not paid for winnings??
I sure hope I am the only punter this happened to otherwise Hollywoodbets is not a trusted punting site and must be reported?
