Winner that has to take loans waiting for payout

I won money on Sunday the 5th of June 2022, called in on Monday to check on the timeline for the money to reflect into my account...very bad service, the consultant could not answer my questions and repeated her answer as if they are following a script and for them to have a script to respond to withdraw queries then it means that this is a frequent problem. The consultant advised that the withdraw process takes upto 48 hours, which is very surprising to me because other smaller amount get transferred the same day but anyway after getting very annoyed I waited the 48 hours and still no payment, I then tried calling them and waited for 30mins on hold to be told that I might get the payment later on the day which will make it about 72 hours. I have to wait for my winnings....is this really worth it, are they delaying because they don't have money to pay their clients or is there a lack of skilled employees, something needs to be done to sort this out because people gamble to win and it is pointless to win if you can not get your winnings.
