Why is my money not being paid out?

Sadly 0 stars is not an option. Hollywood bets customer service both via chat and phone is abysmal. It's not just one person but multiple people. They disconnect on you at will. Worst customer service ever. I keep being told there are issues with banking details that are the EXACT SAME as my bank confirmation letter. I've provided all documents yet there is always one issue or another.
