Why do I get constantly rejected with my Fica documents upload?

I no longer know how to get my Fica documents approved. I’ve been struggling for hours and doing exactly what the Hollywoodbets agents tell me to do. Then, whenever I ask one of the agents if my Fica documents have been approved, there’s always a problem with my selfie picture. After trying multiple times to get approved, I now only have one attempt left for the day. I’ve played a few times in the past but haven’t won anything, yet I play for entertainment and also with the hope of winning because my wife speaks highly of Hollywoodbets. I’ve also uploaded my ID document a few times, as well as my driver’s license and selfies. I’m now waiting once again for approval, and if I don’t get approved this time, I probably won’t try again. But yes, I would have liked to start playing regularly on Hollywoodbets. I’ll just wait and see if my last attempt will be rejected again or not.
