Why couldn't they be more proffesional like in the past

I have been using them for a long time and I did all my gambling with them. I like that I can play such a big variety of games from lucky numbers to crazy time and lighting roulette etc.. Of recent.. alot of my live bets were rejected on the evolution games. My bets would be accepted when I lost and the times when I eventually won would be rejected. I have contacted Evolution and they looked in the matter and told me that the fault is with Hollywood bets. I have sent them emails to ask why do my bets keep on getting rejected on times I would of won, but still have not received a response. I am so dissapointed that they couldn't be more professional and actually reply to me. Its almost like they want me to take my business somewhere else.. The funny thing is I referred them to alot of people how good they are and they should try them and today I feel stupid of doing so
