Who do we contact when a relevent department is not helping?

Who do i contact if i need my issues resoved?

I have been going back and forth without receiving any helping.

Always i am being told my quiry is sent to a relevent department.

If that department is not resolvingvmy issues who do i contact. I have a ticket issue for over a month now. No one is taking me seriousl.

This company needs to respect us.

My complaint was based on the live bet that i made on basketball. The match in question was cancelled on third quarter and my ticket was marked as a loss. So my question was how did i loose on a match which was cancelled. Even today i havent got an answear and my money gone. And it happened twice now.
