I have had 3 occasions where i have won free games feature between Saturday and today where the games alucky Dragons and Caishuns Gold and both games get stuck on loading features and cant continue the game, i have tried chatting to a consultant/ reloading but nothing happens.no response from Hollywood bets staff and when i go back to the ganes the feature is gone.Its a **** at least on a casino floor you dont cheated!
