**** websites. They love lossers. Not winners. Win big account closed money gone. I'm so angry and disappointed

⚠️ HOLLYWOODBETS IS A ****.THEY HATE WINNERS.THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT FOR 3 YEARS — NOW THEY SAY “NO REFUND IS DUE” WITHOUT EXPLAINING WHERE MY REMAINING MONEY FROM MY LAST DEPOSIT WENT. MY PENDING TICKETS THAT WON. WINNINGS WERE CREDITED AND TAKEN AGAIN ⚠️

After waiting approximately THREE Years S for feedback, Hollywoodbets has finally responded to my complaint with this:

“Your account was closed as part of a bulk recovery of funds that were incorrectly credited to your account due to an erroneous result.”

That explanation does NOT answer my questions. Refund my remaining balance from my last deposit

I had money in my account BEFORE the closure. My transaction history even shows that I deposited funds and did not use the entire deposit. I also had pending tickets at the time.

Those pending tickets were mostly made up of repeated games/selections, and by the time everything settled, most tickets had only ONE match remaining. Many of those tickets WON. That explains the consecutive winnings that appeared on my account.

So my question is simple:

HOW exactly was I “incorrectly credited”?

Were my pending tickets cancelled? Were the winnings from those tickets reversed? Which specific transactions were supposedly erroneous? What happened to the legitimate balance I already had before those winnings were added?

What makes this even worse is that Hollywoodbets themselves appear to be confused about the figures.

One of their agents mentioned approximately R3,800 as last balance before account was closed

Then Ntombikayise, who called me regarding the matter, mentioned R212, which is also an amount I could identify in the transaction history they supp**** me.

Now, after keeping me waiting for THREE WEEKS, the final answer is simply:

“No refund is due.”

That is not a proper explanation.

I am not asking Hollywoodbets to give me money I was never entitled to. I am asking them for my money from my last deposit. I didn't use it all. My winnings from those pending tickets that won huge . N to show me exactly which transactions were allegedly credited in error and what happened to the legitimate balance and winnings that were already sitting in my account.

You cannot close someone's account for 3 YEARS because they won big and you refuse to pay , take/recover funds, and then refuse to provide a proper transaction-by-transaction reconciliation.

If the winnings were genuinely the result of an erroneous result, SHOW ME THE ERRONEOUS RESULT.

If my pending tickets were settled incorrectly, SHOW ME WHICH ONES.

If money was recovered, SHOW ME EXACTLY HOW MUCH WAS RECOVERED.

And if there was no legitimate balance remaining, explain why my transaction history shows otherwise.

Hollywoodbets has had my transaction history from the beginning. After three weeks, I expected an actual audit explanation—not a generic statement.

I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. My account was closed for THREE YEARS over an issue caused by Hollywoodbets' own system/result, and I am now being told there is nothing owed to me without being given a proper breakdown of what happened to my money.

I want a FULL reconciliation of my account and a clear explanation of every amount recovered, every pending ticket affected, and the balance that remained immediately before my account was closed.

This is not about begging for a refund. It is about accountability and transparency.
