Website is **** ( and a cheat)

Don't gable at all, but tonight I wanted to take my chance a bit, I went to go play book of ra as it is a new game on the website, I played a few spins on my tab and got 3 book (free spins) but as the thing came up to choose a icon, the game started to freeze saying reconnecting for like an hour. It wasn't my network it was the website. So I proceeded to go on my cell phone. And when I went back in the game my free spins was gone, I left the phone to go back to the tab, the game started to work again and my free spins was lost. How come?? Seems like that was intentional. I could of been rich now.
