Waiting over 30 days for a withdrawal
Dealing with hollywoodbets customer service is the most daunting process. My fiancée has been in branch, called the contact Centre multiple times (weekly) and emailed his query but the responses are not helpful, or informative. They don't even read your email properly, they just respond with answers not even related to your complaint. We have been waiting over 30 Days for our withdrawal, request was made on the 27th to 28th July 2024 and it is still pending, yet all the required FICA information has been supp**** timeously. Really pathetic service.

12 Sept 2024, 15:10I am still awaiting feedback. You guys provide minimalist information just to keep us calm by acting like you dealing with the matter when nothing is actually getting fixed. You continue to ask us to have patience, and keep prolonging paying out the withdrawal request. HOW MUCH LONGER DO WE NEED TO WAIT! ITS ALREADY BEEN 47 DAYS! I will not let this rest and I will proceed with legal action. I rather get that money back and use it to pay legal fees then let you provide such poor service that we have to beg for our money back.
