Waiting forever

Since my last post I haven't got any help from Hollywood bets I called almost everyday without success, Hollywood bets consultant told me that my account is locked because I tried to to many times to fica they even gave ref number 473518 and told me that their Techni Cian have clean my account and I will be able to fica again.They said this will be done in 48 hours is been a week now I even make a follow up but nothing so far my question is I will ever get helped or I will keep calling forever.i never thought that FICA will be challenge me in this way,I give Hollywood consultant 7 stars they are really trying but technical site I don't know.
