Vouchers not received

Hollywood bets is disappointing. I cannot withdraw my money as requested though asbsa cashsend vouchers. On the 23 Rd October 2024 I withdraw 2000 rand and on the 24rd October 1500. I request a withdraw through absa cash send. I only received six digit pins and not 10 digit vouchers. What must I do with a pin if I don't get a voucher. The voucher for the 2000 rand said invalid 10 digit voucher when I wanted withdraw at absa ATM. I contacted the withdrawal department at Hollywood and was told the voucher will be resend . I never received it. Something is just not right. Because this happens now everytime. Hollywood is *****s
